I have been lucky to work with Aileen for the past 11 years. Aileen is a truly exceptional quality assurance professional and QA manager. Her technical and problem solving skills are outstanding. She has a drive to continously learn new things and strive to do things more efficiently. She motivates and challenges her team, both onsite and offshore, to adhere to the same work ethics. For the several months I had the pleasure of working with Aileen, she constantly impressed me with her knowledge and ability to handle advanced analytics and programming. Aileen is capable of handling complex hands-on QA as well as programming task very well. She is instrumental in introducing automation testing in our group using Selenium which resulted in immediate financial savings. She directly handles performance testing of our applications. She has created many training videos and lot of training documents to train her team members on QA best practice, automation testing and performance testing etc. She is always keen on learning new tools and technologies to improving efficiency and QA process improvements.

Aileen’s ability to produce and lead under pressure while maintaining professionalism and calmness made things easier and better to everyone. Her work ethic is second to none and she’s extremely accountable. Aileen would be a great asset for any company.

Aileen was one of the best QA team-members I’ve worked with. She not only picked-up the business logic fairly quick, but she also improved our requirements, standardized QA processes, and let the QA team to consistently follow the processes.
